You may be aware of the many people in your local community that are in need of help. What you make not know, is that not all of them are in need of a material or physical type of help. Lots of people suffer in silence, their struggle is not visible, because their anguish happens internally. Individuals who have lived traumatic life experiences and never go on a journey to heal and recover inside can continue in pain of years and decades.

The consequences

It is frequently the case that an untreated mental condition in an otherwise capable human can lead them to lose the love, health and stability they enjoyed. Plunging them into a situation of substance addiction, financial scarcity, homelessness, violence and even crime. By giving people like this the psychological help and tools they need to get better mentally, we help them either avoid or get out of these inhumane conditions of living.

How it’s done

With your help, we’ll be able to accomplish this goal through a program of psychology classes and sessions delivered to the struggling individual. This will begin their journey to healthy state of mind and all the benefits and improvements that come from it. Adhering to our motto of empowering through education, even those who are the hardest to help will have hope to live a dignified life in better conditions. You can give somebody all the help in the world, but if they are not mentally, emotionally and spiritually ready to receive it and change for good, the effort will have been in vain when they inevitably relapse or are unable to live differently in the first place. We don’t want this to happen, we want people who need it to actually get better and stay that way. A permanent, positive change is the best gift we can give another human being.
